By accessing, browsing, or using this Website in any manner, you (“User”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using this Website.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NRI Global Hub. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised version will be posted on this page with the updated date. Your continued use of the Website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

1. About NRI Global Hub — Nature of Services & Regulatory Status

1.1 What We Do

NRI Global Hub operates as an administrative facilitator and distributor, assisting Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), Overseas Citizens of India (OCIs), Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs), and, where applicable, Resident Indians, with the following services:
(a) Facilitation of paperwork, documentation, and coordination for mutual fund investments in India through Regular Plans.
(b) Facilitation of life insurance and health insurance applications with IRDAI-registered insurance companies in India.
(c) Assistance with NRE, NRO, and FCNR bank account opening documentation and coordination with Indian banks.
(d) Educational content, blogs, tools, and calculators on Indian investment topics for informational purposes.

1.2 Our Regulatory Registrations

The operator of this Website holds the following registrations and certifications required to distribute financial products in India:
AMFI Registration Number (ARN): 329385 — issued by the Association of Mutual Funds in India, authorising distribution of mutual fund schemes through Regular Plans.
Employee Unique Identification Number (EUIN): E624854 — issued pursuant to NISM Series V-A: Mutual Fund Distributors Certification.
IRDAI Insurance Licence Number: 1887421 — issued by the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India, authorising solicitation and distribution of insurance products.

1.3 What We Are NOT

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:
(a) NRI Global Hub is NOT a SEBI-Registered Investment Adviser (RIA) under SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013. We do not provide personalised investment advice or financial planning services. No fiduciary relationship, advisory relationship, or adviser-client relationship is created by your use of this Website or our services.
(b) NRI Global Hub is NOT a SEBI-Registered Portfolio Manager under SEBI (Portfolio Managers) Regulations, 2020. We do not manage, control, or direct your investment portfolio.
(c) NRI Global Hub is NOT a SEBI-Registered Research Analyst under SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014. No content on this Website constitutes a research report or investment recommendation within the meaning of these regulations.
(d) NRI Global Hub is NOT a stockbroker, depository participant, or custodian registered with SEBI. We do not hold, safeguard, or have custody of your funds or securities.
(e) In accordance with Regulation 3(3) of SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013, and AMFI guidelines, NRI Global Hub does not use, and shall not be construed as using, any nomenclature such as “Investment Adviser”, “Financial Adviser”, “Wealth Adviser”, “Wealth Manager”, “Consultant”, or any similar designation. Our role is strictly that of a Mutual Fund Distributor and Insurance Facilitator.
(f) No content on this Website — including blog articles, calculators, infographics, comparison tools, educational material, or any other communication — constitutes investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any specific financial product. All such content is provided for general educational and informational purposes only.

1.4 Customer Choice — Presentation of Options, No Influence on Decisions

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:
(a) NRI Global Hub’s role is limited to presenting available product options, explaining their features, and facilitating the paperwork required to execute your chosen transactions. We present mutual fund scheme categories, insurance plan options, and other financial product information so that you can make an informed choice.
(b) We do not influence, direct, recommend, endorse, or pressure you into selecting any specific mutual fund scheme, fund category, insurance policy, insurance provider, or any other financial product. The final selection of any product is made entirely by you, at your sole discretion, based on your own independent evaluation of the product’s suitability for your financial goals, risk appetite, and personal circumstances.
(c) Any information, educational content, comparison material, blog articles, calculators, or tools provided by NRI Global Hub are intended solely to help you understand the available options and the general features of different product categories. This information does not constitute a personalised recommendation, endorsement, or solicitation to purchase any specific product.
(d) In the course of facilitating your investments, we may provide incidental guidance to assist you in making goal-based decisions (such as understanding which fund categories may generally align with certain investment horizons or risk profiles), in accordance with AMFI’s guidelines permitting incidental advice by Mutual Fund Distributors. This incidental guidance is general in nature, does not take into account your complete financial situation, and does not constitute personalised investment advice.
(e) You confirm that you have independently evaluated the suitability, risks, charges, terms, and merits of any investment or insurance product before making your decision. You have not relied solely on any information or communication from NRI Global Hub in making such decision.
(f) NRI Global Hub shall bear no responsibility or liability for the outcomes of your product selections, including but not limited to investment losses, insurance claim denials, policy lapses, tax consequences, or any other adverse outcomes resulting from the products you choose.

2. Mutual Fund Distribution — Regular Plans & Commission Disclosure

2.1 Regular Plans Only

All mutual fund investments facilitated through NRI Global Hub are processed in Regular Plans of mutual fund schemes. Regular Plans involve the payment of trail commission by the Asset Management Company (AMC) to the distributor. You acknowledge that:
(a) NRI Global Hub earns commission from AMCs on your mutual fund investments. This commission is embedded within the scheme’s expense structure and is not charged to you separately.
(b) In accordance with SEBI letter no. SEBI/IMD1/DoF-1/SK/2021/25517/1 dated September 6, 2021, Mutual Fund Distributors cannot deal in Direct Plans.
(c) A link to our commission disclosure is available on our disclosure page, in compliance with AMFI and SEBI requirements.

2.2 No Guarantee of Returns

Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. NRI Global Hub does not guarantee or assure any returns, capital protection, or specific investment outcomes. Past performance of any scheme does not indicate or guarantee future performance.

3. Third-Party Transaction Platform — Wealthy.in

To process mutual fund transactions, NRI Global Hub routes Users to Wealthy.in, our integrated third-party technology and transaction platform. Wealthy.in is operated by a SEBI-registered entity responsible for transaction processing, clearing, settlement, and maintaining investment accounts.
Your relationship with Wealthy.in is governed directly by Wealthy.in’s own terms of use, privacy policy, and applicable SEBI regulations. NRI Global Hub does not control, operate, or accept liability for the technical infrastructure, system uptime, transaction processing, errors, security breaches, or any operational aspects of Wealthy.in.

4. Insurance Facilitation

NRI Global Hub holds a valid IRDAI licence (No. 1887421) and acts as an insurance distributor/agent, facilitating insurance applications on your behalf with IRDAI-registered insurance companies in India.
Insurance policy issuance is subject to the sole discretion of the insurance company based on their underwriting norms, medical assessments, and risk evaluation. NRI Global Hub does not guarantee policy issuance, premium rates, coverage terms, claim admissibility, or claim settlement. Insurance is a subject matter of solicitation. Please read the policy brochure, terms, conditions, exclusions, and other related documents carefully before purchasing.

5. User Obligations & Representations

5.1 Eligibility

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into binding agreements. If you are an NRI or OCI, you possess valid identification and meet the eligibility criteria under the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA), 1999, and Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations, to invest in Indian financial instruments. All information, documents, and declarations you provide to us are true, accurate, complete, and not misleading.

5.2 Compliance with Applicable Laws

You are solely responsible for complying with the tax laws, reporting obligations, and regulatory requirements of both India and your country of residence, including but not limited to FATCA, CRS, PFIC rules (US NRIs), FBAR obligations, T1135 reporting (Canadian NRIs), and any other applicable foreign tax or regulatory obligations.
NRI Global Hub specialises exclusively in Indian regulatory and tax frameworks. We are not subject matter experts in the domestic tax laws, securities laws, or regulatory requirements of any foreign jurisdiction. You are strongly advised to consult qualified tax and legal professionals in your country of residence.

5.3 Your Risk

All investment and insurance decisions are made at your sole discretion and risk. You shall not hold NRI Global Hub responsible for any financial losses, opportunity costs, market fluctuations, regulatory penalties, tax liabilities, or any other adverse consequences arising from your investment or insurance decisions.

5.4 Consent to Communications

By accepting these Terms and using this Website, you acknowledge and consent to receiving communications from NRI Global Hub, including:
(a) Service-related communications — transaction updates, application status notifications, regulatory changes affecting your investments or insurance, account-related alerts, and other communications necessary to deliver the services you have requested.

(b) Educational and marketing communications — market updates, blog articles, investment insights, product information, newsletters, and promotional material related to the services offered by NRI Global Hub.

You may opt out of educational and marketing communications at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link included in every such email or by contacting us at [insert email address]. Service-related communications essential to the delivery of your requested services cannot be opted out of while your account or service relationship remains active.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website is the property of NRI Global Hub or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

This Website and all content, tools, calculators, and services are offered on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. NRI Global Hub does not warrant that the information is complete, accurate, current, or error-free. Tax laws, SEBI regulations, RBI circulars, FEMA provisions, and other regulatory frameworks are subject to change.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NRI Global Hub, its proprietor, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Website or services, inaccuracies in information, third-party platform failures, regulatory changes, currency fluctuations, or any other cause.
In any event, the total aggregate liability of NRI Global Hub shall not exceed INR 10,000 (Indian Rupees Ten Thousand only) or the total fees paid by you directly to NRI Global Hub in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is higher.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NRI Global Hub, its proprietor, employees, agents, affiliates, and service providers from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of applicable laws, investment decisions and their outcomes, or inaccuracy in information you provide.

10. Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10.2 Exclusive Jurisdiction

You irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, India for the resolution of any disputes, irrespective of your country of residence, citizenship, or location of access.

10.3 Waiver of Foreign Jurisdiction

By using this Website, you expressly waive any right to invoke the jurisdiction of courts in Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, the United Arab Emirates, Singapore, New Zealand, Malaysia, or any other foreign jurisdiction. You further waive any right to apply the consumer protection laws, data protection laws, or financial services regulations of any foreign jurisdiction to the services provided by NRI Global Hub, to the extent permissible under applicable law.

10.4 Arbitration

Prior to initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended), to be conducted in Mumbai, India, in the English language, by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual consent. The arbitrator’s award shall be final and binding on both parties.

11. Force Majeure

NRI Global Hub shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, acts of government, regulatory changes, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, internet outages, power failures, or system failures at third-party platforms.

12. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and NRI Global Hub.
